Computer Operator
Job Description
- To take report (telephonic/by email) from outstation employees of your allocated area.
- Updating their day to day working in In-house software.
- To extract the documents from the software and sending to the banks for signatures and further action by our local employees.
- Save the documents/photographs (sent by the outstation employees) in the office server.
- Preparing & Sending reports to the Banks (in company report formats) by email/courier.
- Drafting E-mails, letters and data entry.
- Verify field staff expense vouchers
Desired Candidate Profile
- MS-Office (World & Excel)
- Email/Letter drafting
- Good Communication skill
- Comfortable in telephonic calls
- Typing speed must be above 35wpm
- Experience 2-5 years required.
Perks and Benefits
Salary- 15000 to 22000 per Month
+ Incentives Approx. Rs 2000 to 4000 per month
