Sales & Marketing Manager (Properties)

Job description

  1. To make efforts for sale of properties, looking for potential customers for property
  2. Posting of properties on all the property websites and monitoring the responses and answering their questions
  3. Promoting properties thru mails and database of HNI and property dealers and explaining them about the process of participation in e-auction.
  4. To arrange meetings of interested parties with the bankers and to help them participate in auction of properties.
  5. Drafting of mails giving description of properties and sending the mail to a database of HNI and area wise property dealers.
  6. Visiting property location and contacting property dealers in that area and making an arrangement with them for effective sale of the property.
  7. . Regular Weekly reporting to Senior Management for all the properties under sale and marketing efforts made so far.
  8. Visiting / marketing in Banks for empanelment and SARFAESI CASES for recovery of Bank’s dues.
  9. Visit the banks/branches for procurement of cases
  10. Visit the locality of Mortgaged Property and survey about the present market value of the Property and to know what amount can be recovered by sale of the property.
  11. To find prospective customers for the property mortgaged.

Required Candidate profile

  1. Minimum 2 year in real estate sales.
  2. Should have a vehicle to commute.
  3. Excellent communication in English.
  4. Should have working experience on Email communication, MS Word/ MS Excel (basic working knowledge)


20K – 25 K Per Month
